First Aid CPR AED Training

The First Aid CPR AED course trains participants to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner

Who should take this course?

This course is designed for anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting and also offers a First Aid CPR AED course completion card that meets regulatory (e.g., OSHA) and other requirements

What does this course teach?

• Scene safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Adult CPR

• AED training

• First aid basics

• Bleeding control and tourniquet application

• Epinephrine auto injector

• Opioid-associated life-threatening emergencies and Narcan Administration

• Child and infant CPR/AED

Course Completion Card

Upon completion of all course requirements, participants receive a Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course Completion Card which is valid for two years

Accepted by employers, schools, and agencies, including OSHA, to meet childcare, and workplace safety certification requirements (not intended for healthcare professional training)
