What to Expect From Your NOLS Hybrid WFR recertification Course
The Hybrid WFR recertification combines self paced online learning with 2 days of in-person training. You’ll begin by completing work in an online platform that includes readings, videos and quizzes. The 2-day in-person course will focus on skills and scenarios.
You'll learn both in the classroom and in outdoor settings regardless of weather, so come prepared for wet, muddy, cold, or hot environments!

Please ensure you have access to the Canvas platform for the online modules, which are prerequisites for the in-person class. These modules, along with the final quiz, must be completed before Day 1. For technical help with Canvas, contact us at canvas_help@nols.edu.
ARRIVAL & SCHEDULE:
Please arrive by 7:45 AM on Day 1 for check-in.
Class runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a lunch break from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.
A NOLS CPR class will be held on the evening of Day 1 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

Meals and lodging packages are not available for this course.
We recommend bringing a packed lunch and snacks.
15 minutes drive from the venue there are some grocery stores and food options.
Many lodging options are available in the Bloomington, MN area, with a range of pricing to meet your needs. Several within 2 miles, and some within 0.5 miles of the venue.
Continuing Education (Learn More)
Pre-approved for 18 hours of EMT Continuing Education Hours by the Commission on Accreditation of Pre-Hospital Continuing Education(CAPCE).
Academic Credit (Learn more)
This course is approved for 1 college credits through Western Colorado University.
