Meals packages are not available for this course. 5 minutes drive from the venue there are many food options. You are welcome to cook on property with a camp stove setup. Please bring your own food and beverages.

Rustic-style apartments: The venue offers a limited number of lodging options on the property. These accommodations are located on campus, within a 5–10 minute walk from the classroom, and consist of rustic-style apartments equipped with basic amenities such as a fridge, stove, and microwave.
Tent or van/car camping: $25 per night (campers will have access to bathhouses)
Hotels: There are numerous hotel options in the Wisconsin Dells, ranging in price, with some located within walking distance of the venue.

Travel Directions:
Venue is located just 45 minutes from Madison, Wisconsin’s Dane County Airport, and is accessible from Chicago, Milwaukee and Minneapolis/St. Paul by car, Greyhound bus or Amtrak train.
Venue Information: The course will take place on the 120-acre property of JCC Summer Camp Chi, utilizing locations such as Perlstein Resort, the Health Center, and other designated areas for classroom sessions and practical simulations.
Detailed logistics, entrance gate, classroom and venue maps will be available one month before the course start date.

48 hours of EMT Continuing Education Units by the Commission on Accreditation of Pre-Hospital Continuing Education (CAPCE)
44 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits
Fellowship of the Academy of Wilderness Medicine (FAWM) credits through the Wilderness Medical Society
4 college credits through the University of Utah and 1 college credit through Western Colorado University available with additional payment

Wilderness First Responder
Schedule: In person classes are taught from 8 to 5 pm daily with an hour for lunch at noon. Days 3 and 4 have additional evening sessions.
