Perlstein is located just 45 minutes from Madison, Wisconsin’s Dane County Airport, and is easily accessible from Chicago, Milwaukee and Minneapolis/St. Paul by car, Greyhound bus or Amtrak train.
Parking:
Arrive at S1301 Clara Ave, Lake Delton, WI 53940. Follow the road a little while and then there's a big dirt parking lot.
Venue Info: The course will take place on the 120-acre property of JCC Summer Camp Chi, utilizing locations such as Perlstein Resort, and other designated areas for classroom sessions and practical simulations.

Course Approval This course is recognized by the American Camp Association to meet specific ACA standards requiring certifications. The course meets the Boy Scouts of America Wilderness First Aid training requirements. Additionally, the Wilderness First Aid course (WILDMI-554), and when included the CPR/AED course (WILDMI-134), are approved by the United States Coast Guard to meet the first aid and CPR training requirements of 46 CFR 11.201(i)(1)(ii) and 46 CFR 11.201(i)(2)(iiI) for a merchant mariner credential.
This WFA Class will be taught from 8:00am to 5:00pm daily with an hour for lunch around 1pm.
Optional add on CPR provided by Midwest Outdoor Skills Training
On some NOLS WFA courses, we are able to offer AHA Heartsaver Adult, Child, Infant CPR AED Certification valid for 2 years. This will be done after class on the first day from 5:30pm to 7pm and cost to you is $65. If you opt in at check out we will send you a link to book a spot.
